These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://datacenterhunter.com (the “Site”) operated by DataCenter Hunter (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What DataCenter Hunter provides
Informational listings and free-to-buyer matching/brokerage referral for U.S. data center colocation rental (cabinets, cages, suites, related facility services). We help commercial buyers describe requirements and obtain options/quotes from providers. Unless expressly stated, we are not the facility operator and do not lease power/space under a colo MSA as landlord.
2. No buyer fee
Matching is free to buyers; we may be compensated by providers when a placement or related commercial outcome occurs. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate purchase; we do not guarantee savings, capacity, or a particular placement.
3. Not professional advice
Site content is general information for commercial evaluation; not legal, engineering, tax, or investment advice. Verify material terms with the provider.
4. Inquiries and accuracy
Information accurate to best of knowledge; authorized to share for commercial colo inquiry; consent to contact by DataCenter Hunter and, where appropriate, relevant providers.
5. Acceptable use
No spam/scraping that degrades service, unlawful use, unauthorized access, interfering with users/providers, or harmful automation (except general search indexing).
6. Intellectual property
Content/branding owned by DataCenter Hunter or licensors; limited license to view for internal business evaluation of colo options; no copy/resell/exploit at scale without permission.
7. Third-party services
Embeds/links (Zoho Forms, analytics, provider sites) have their own terms/privacy.
8. Disclaimers
SITE AND SERVICES PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. No warrant of uninterrupted availability, completeness of listings, or that any facility will meet requirements.
9. Changes
May update by posting a revised version; continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted.
